Stephen Gauci

Stephen Gauci joined MAviO in 2022 as a seasoned airline professional, having held various senior management positions during his 27-year career at Air Malta. Recently, he moved to the Challenge Group, an international air cargo company that specializes in tailored air freight industry solutions, including handling, air, and ground logistics. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s (Hons.) degree in Communications and a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications, and provides consultancy services in communications and marketing. In addition, he holds a Private Pilot’s License and has flown single-engine piston aircraft in Malta, Italy, and the United States.
