Victoria Grech

Victoria Grech graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Malta in 2019 and has been involved in the aviation industry ever since. Starting off as a Quality Engineer in a Maintenance Repair & Overhaul organisation, her interest grew stronger in the quality, safety, and compliance aspects that are integral to ensuring safe flight operations. This passion led Victoria to pursue a Masters by Research with the University of Malta in this area. Recently, she joined TM-Civil Aviation Directorate as part of the Safety and Compliance Team.
