Marvic Bugeja

Marvic Bugeja was appointed CEO of MAviO in 2018, after she had joined the organising committee way back in 2015. Her flair in dealing with people and above average skills as a leader did not go unnoticed and Marvic was asked to lead the newly revamped senior management team at MAviO as the voluntary organisation tries to expand the scope of its annual conference, while it ventures into new uncharted territory. Marvic has already left its imprint on the MAviO event as she was the driving force behind the move to larger and more central premises. Her foresight led to concrete measures to make sure that the meet-up is put on sure footing thus ensuring its sustainability in the years to come.
